Bang NiangYes, there is life in Khao Lak outside the Similan Islands, and although the nightlife might not be as noisy and raucous as at the Phuket beaches, there are plenty of pleasant venues at which to review the days diving adventures. But it,s Bang Niang actually where all the entertainment now centers, Khao Lak itself having priced itself out of the market already with regards to food and drink prices. Although Bang Niang is only about three kilometers away from Khao Lak, there is a livelier and more comfortable atmosphere here than further downhill. |
Khao LakNeither in Bang Niang nor in Khao Lak is the interested male likely to find any kind of sex-tourism related business of the kind that has made Pattaya and Phuket world famous.
